The compressive stress of the slab is 5kPa, which means that the slab can carry a 500kg/m2 load during the casting. Excellent water vapour permeability of the stone wool allows moisture to dry through the insulation. This means that panels dry fast and interior work can be started earlier.

The compressive stress of the slab is 5kPa, which means that the slab can carry a 500kg/m2 load during the casting. Excellent water vapour permeability of the stone wool allows moisture to dry through the insulation. This means that elements dry fast and interior work can be started earlier. PAROC PreCast insulation has extremely low thermal conductivity which reduces the total thickness of the concrete element.
