Anders Dahlblom, M.Sc. (Econ.), 43, has been appointed Managing Director of Paroc Group Oyj as of 23 January, 2018. He joined Paroc in 2002 and had been Paroc’s CFO since 2006. "I am really happy and excited about the opportunity to lead Paroc with our future owner, Owens Corning. After the closing, Paroc will have a long-term home base and I am looking forward to contributing to the development and success of Owens Corning’s insulation business in Europe and beyond”, says Dahlblom.
After six and a half years in his role, the former President and CEO of Paroc Group Oyj, Kari Lehtinen has decided to leave Paroc.

Owens Corning announced in October 2017 that it had signed an agreement with CVC Capital Partners to acquire Paroc Group, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of energy-efficient and fire-proof stone wool insulation solutions, for an enterprise value of approximately €900 million. The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, is anticipated to close in early 2018.
