You are hereby notified that there has been a change of auditors of the Issuer. The shareholders of Paroc Group Oy have appointed KPMG Oy Ab as auditor, with Mr Juha-Pekka Mylén as auditor bearing responsibility. It was resolved that the company shall have one auditor.
The appointment was effective as of 26 May 2015.
