One of the first PreWIS III–based solutions built in Western Finland, in Vaasa. This student home uses prefabricated wooden elements as wall construction. Even the thin rendering slabs are installed at the element factory. The finalisation of the rendering was done on site with a selected colour tone.
Paroc introduced PreWIS I-III (Prefabricated Wall Insulation System) with PAROC FAL 1 thin rendering insulation about 10 years ago with great success. The outlook of the facade is seamless and prefabrications of insulated elements shorten the time spent on the building site.
