Dwelling houses in Kokkola, using Paroc thin rendering insulation (installed in concrete factory), were introduced at the Housing Fair in Kokkola 2011.
Paroc introduced PreWIS (Prefabricated Wall Insulation System) with PAROC FAL 1 thin rendering insulation about 10 years ago with great success. The seamless facade is favoured by architects and prefabrications of insulated elements shorten the time spent on the building site.
