Paroc introduced PreWIS (Prefabricated Wall Insulation System) with PAROC FAL 1 thin rendering insulation in around 10 years ago with great success. The seamless facade is favoured by architects and prefabrications of insulated elements shorten the time spent on the building site.
The Tilkankatu block is one of the first PreWIS buildings in Helsinki.
