The whole city block in Jyväskylä has seamless facades with a modern outlook. The wall solution uses prefabricated concrete elements with PAROC thin rendering insulation.
The solution is known as PreWIS (Prefabricated Wall Insulation System) and it was developed by Paroc with a co-operative network. The prefabrication shortens the time on the building site.
