One of the first PreWIS III–based solutions built in Western Finland. A small block of flats uses prefabricated wooden elements as wall construction. Even the thin rendering slabs are installed at the element factory.
Paroc introduced PreWIS I-III (Prefabricated Wall Insulation System) with PAROC FAL 1 thin rendering insulation about 10 years ago with great success. The seamless facade is favoured by architects and prefabrications of insulated elements shorten the time spent on the building site.
