Lauri Ratia, Chairman of Paroc Board of Directors, says: "We are pleased to have Kari join Paroc. Through his engagement with many markets and product segments he has acquired valuable insight into key account management and customer service. He has also gone through the challenges of major change programmes and participated in significant investment projects.
Until 31 July 2011, CFO Anders Dahlblom will serve as the acting managing director of Paroc Group Oy.
