Remove old internal surface and vapour barriers from the existing wall. Seal big gaps and cracks. Add new studding and install insulation slabs between the studs. The new vapour barrier improves the air tightness.

NOTE! Before adding the new insulation layers, remove the old surface-installed electrical wiring and sockets as well as water and heating pipes from the wall structures.
