Partition timber floor

By using PAROC SSB 2t the sound through the timber floor can be reduced to half. The stone wool slab is placed on the constructive floor, and two layers of board are placed cross wise on top of it. These boards can be of gypsum or wooden fiber boards. Thicknesses are from 13 to 25 mm. One layer can be changed to wooden parquet.

A wooden frame of 50 to 100 widths are placed towards surrounding walls and heavy loads to avoid sinking. The frame shall be 1 mm thinner than the thickness of the insulation.
