Some basic rules

• Packing does not improve the insulation result.

• Insulators must connect fully with surrounding structures, with each other and with the surface on the warm side of the structure.

• Insulators that are measured wrong cause air spaces that weaken the insulation.

• Air flows can generate in cavities left in the insulation space that cool the warm surface of the building locally and increase energy loss.

• PAROC  stone wool insulation can be installed in all conditions that are protected from rain and snow.
