 Paroc acquires Parafon Akustik AB

Paroc Group Board of Directors has today accepted the acquisition of Parafon Akustik AB. Paroc acquires 60% of the shares of Parafon from Akustik Invest i Skövde AB. After the acquisition Parafon Akustik AB is fully owned by Paroc Group.

Parafon Akustik AB produces acoustics products and is based in Sweden. The acquisition of Parafon will strengthen Paroc's position as a supplier of stone wool value added solutions and provides possibilities to widen synergies in the production and sales of acoustics products.
