PAROC Panel of Structural Stone Wool

A sandwich panel has two metal facing sides and a core of insulation. The core is firmly bonded to both facings so that the three components act compositely when under load.

Paroc people standing on a panel testing its strengthPanels with a core of PUR were big on the European market. A stone wool insulation core made it possible to create a non-combustible panel with excellent fire resistance.

Development began in the early 1980s. We created a structural stone wool and adhesive system to achieve excellent mechanics as well as durability. We launched in 1986 and the success story began.

Today Paroc Panel System has manufactured and sold over 20 million square meters of panels and inspired numerous competitor copies.
