Paroc granted permission to increase production in Hällekis

Paroc has been granted a permit to increase its production at the Hällekis plant. Thanks to the production increase, the plant will begin operating in five shifts.

Paroc lodged an application for a permit that would allow the company to increase its production capacity at the plant in Hällekis, Sweden, by around 40 percent this spring. The permit to increase production at the Hällekis plant has now been granted.

The increase in production capacity will mean adding a fifth shift at the factory in Hällekis along with calls for substantial investment, and it is set to generate around 20 new jobs. The strong demand for building materials throughout Scandinavia is one of the reasons behind Paroc’s application to increase its insulation production.
