The ownership structure of Paroc Group is arranged through Paroc Group Holding Oy Ab which owns 95,18% of Paroc Group. Paroc Group Holding Oy Ab is owned by Banc of America Equity Partners (BAEP), Nordico, BG Kapital Ltd / Proxum Oy and management where BAEP is the main owner. Paroc's personnel owns directly 4,82% of Paroc Group.

Owners have agreed on a merger between Paroc Group Holding Oy Ab and Paroc Group Oy Ab in the future. The merger will not have any effect on the ownership structure.
