Paroc Technical Insulation Division has developed its insulation systems for industrial pipings, paying attention to the fact that project schedules and completion times in the industry are also becoming shorter in relation to insulation installation. Quality requirements together with the need to increase installation speed and shorten completion times, are crucial problems, to which our insulation systems can provide the answer.

Our manufacturing system provides consistent dimensional and density accuracy, whether for pipe insulation or pipe elbows. This is crucial today and age to further assist the fight against corrosion.

A further advantage due to our reliable consistency is metal fabrication can be made prior to the arrival of material thus further reducing down time on site.

PAROC-lock with a Z joint on the longitudinal and circumferential seams it combats the ever more demanding applications, such as power plant and petrochemical steam and process pipe work, where the operations demand the minimization of thermal transfer loss in pipes. Historically this has been achieved by using a double layer application. PAROC-lock is a labour saving answer that has been approved by many major end users i.e. British Petroleum.

The new insulation system can also have an impact on quality and efficiency and productivity factors, which are, for example, energy economy, reliability and safety in varying conditions.
