Paroc plans investments in Sweden to meet growing demand
Paroc is getting ready to lodge an application for a permit that would allow the company to increase production capacity at its plant in Hällekis, Sweden, by around 40 percent this spring. The increase in production capacity calls for substantial investment and will generate around 20 new jobs.
The strong demand for building materials throughout Scandinavia is one of the reasons behind Paroc’s application for increasing its insulation production. Thanks to energy-efficiency directives and revised building regulations, insulation plays and will continue to play an important part in property development and renovation.

The increase in production capacity would require the addition of a fifth shift at the factory in Hällekis. This is conditional upon the local environmental authority granting its permission.
