Considerable investments in the Polish factories

Paroc Group continues its strategic investments in the Trzemeszno factories in Poland. The new investments will strengthen Paroc's competitive position in the Central European market and will also help the Group to respond to growing demand.

A new stone wool production line is being built in Poland. In addition, a new pipe section machine will be built in connection with the extension of the existing equipment. The new machine will be used to make small pipe sections.

Demand for building insulation and pipe sections for heating, ventilation and air conditioning has increased considerably over the past year, and the new investments will provide Paroc with excellent conditions for responding to that demand.

The pipe section investments are expected to be completed by September 2007 and the new stone wool line by June 2008.
