Paroc helps boost production of the Australian CSR Building Products Ltd in South China

In 2006, Paroc will provide Australia's leading building products supplier CSR Building Products Limited (CSR) with a new panel production line and modernise the existing insulation production line in South China.

For the past three years, CSR has acted as the exclusive distributor of Paroc's panels in Southeast Asia, North and South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. CSR has been marketing panels under the PAROC® trademark since 2004.

Following on the current cooperation, an existing wool plant in the city of Dongguan in South China will be modernised to allow for the production of constructive wool required for future panel manufacturing. The plan is to complete the modernisation project by the end of summer 2006.

The new panel production line will be built in the city of Guangzhou. The intention is to have the line in operation by the end of 2006.
