The objective for the study was to find out the level of customers retention in different countries and segments. Customers from Finland, Sweden, Poland and Germany were interviewed in the survey.
The outcome of the survey was analysed by utilising TNS Gallup's experience and methodology and it was benchmarked against their large data of other companies which are operating in the manufacturing industry at the same geographic area. Paroc was placed among best 25% of companies, which is a good result. As always, there is place for improvement in some areas, and those will be on our agenda in the future.
