Paroc to sell its share of Nordic Foam AB

Paroc Group Board of Directors has today sold 50% of the shares of Nordic Foam AB to Jackon AS.

After the acquisition Jackon owns 100% of the company. At the same time a long-term distribution agreement was signed for the sale of Ecoprim products by Paroc AB. Nordic Foam AB produces extruded polystyrene (XPS) products and is based in Skövde in Sweden. Products are mainly sold in Sweden, Norway and Denmark by Paroc and Jackon.
