 Customer Satisfaction Survey results

In the beginning of the year, Paroc’s Building Insulation Division implemented an international customer satisfaction survey in eight countries. The survey was planned and coordinated by TNS Gallup using the same set of questions in all countries, which included Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Russia. We received 1285 answers from eight different customer segments.

Customer satisfaction was measured using the TRI*M method from TN-Gallup, which describes satisfaction using the TRI*M index. This index combines total customer satisfaction, willingness to recommend the company to others, re-buying inclination and competitive advantage to one figure. For the Building Insulation Division the TRI*M index was 88, which is very good when compared to the international database. For the European manufacturing industry the TRI*M index average is 68. Using this measuring method Paroc is among Europe’s 10% best companies. According to the survey, the division’s strongest areas are product quality and our good reputation as a reliable supplier.

Technical Insulation is currently setting up a corresponding survey in four countries.

We thank all the respondents for the feedback.
