This will be done in Finland and in Sweden by establishing new companies Paroc Panel System Oy Ab and Paroc Panel System AB. Peder Biese will be the Managing Director of the new Finnish company. The Managing Director of the Swedish company will be decided later.
In Finland and Sweden the transfer will to take place as of 1.10.2004.
