The winning project was selected among 27 participating projects from nine countries in total. In addition to the main award, four other projects were awarded with prizes of one thousand euro.

The project winning the main award is a power plant named L90. The Award Committee characterized the project as an attractive eye-catcher in the open landscape with its futuristic design.

- Pyry Luminen, Arkkitehtien Oy Luminen, Tampere, Finland: Extension of Santen medical plant, Tampere, Finland

- Genadij S. Sukhobrus, Ukraine: Wallpaper factory Edem, Ukraine

- Uki Arkkitehdit Oy, Oulu, Finland: Office building Sonera House, Oulu, Finland

The objective of the Paroc Panel System Award competition was to encourage architects, building designers and contractors to develop new ideas, enhance quality in architectural planning and bring out innovative solutions implemented with the Paroc Panel System.
